JTV Rewards™ Program Terms and Conditions
The JTV Rewards™ program (the “Program”) is a new rewards program provided by America’s Collectibles Network, Inc. d/b/a Jewelry Television (“JTV” or “We”) which allows members to earn rewards on eligible purchases every day. These Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your membership and participation in the Program, which is operated by JTV and its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies (collectively, “Administrators”). We reserve the right to modify, add, or delete all or any portion of the Terms at any time, or discontinue the Program, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value of rewards already earned and/or the time for redemption. You are responsible for checking for updates to these Terms, which are available at jtv.com/help/rewards-terms.
Membership
Program membership is open to legal residents of the U.S. and Canada who are at least 13 years of age or older. By enrolling in the Program at checkout online or when speaking with a Customer Service representative, you represent that you have read and agree to these Terms, the Brilliant Cash Terms and Conditions, the JTV Terms and Conditions, and the JTV Privacy Policy.
You must provide either a phone number or email address in order to participate in the Program. Only one Program membership may be associated with a single email address or phone number. There is no fee to join the Program. By providing your information, you consent to Administrators collecting, using and sharing your information in accordance with JTV’s Privacy Policy.
Employees of Administrators are not eligible to participate in the Program.
Earning Rewards
In order to earn rewards under the Program, either place an order by phone with a Call Center representative or order online by logging into your enrolled JTV account when purchasing at jtv.com. You must use your JTV account when purchasing online. Purchases made using Guest checkout are not eligible to earn rewards. Program members will earn Brilliant CashTM Rewards (“Brilliant Cash Rewards” or “Brilliant Cash”) equal to a specified percentage of your Qualified Purchase Amount. “Qualified Purchase Amount” means the total purchase amount (after discounts and rewards redemptions are applied) minus taxes and fees, shipping and handling, gift card purchases, and third-party donations. Brilliant Cash Rewards will be added to your JTV Rewards account at the time the qualified order ships. Brilliant Cash is not redeemable for cash and has no cash value. Purchases made at jtvauctions.com are eligible to earn rewards; however, Brilliant Cash Rewards may not be used on purchases from jtvauctions.com.
Standard Rewards:
As a Program member, you will earn Brilliant Cash Rewards equal to 1% of your Qualified Purchase Amount on every purchase, every day.
JTV Preferred Account Cardholder Rewards:
Program members who use their JTV Preferred Account credit card when purchasing will receive an additional 1%, for a total of 2% of your Qualified Purchase Amount in Brilliant Cash Rewards, subject to the JTV Preferred Account card terms issued by the credit card provider.
Birthday Rewards:
Program members who provide their birthday will receive special Brilliant Cash Rewards during their birthday month. Furthermore, birthday rewards expire at the end of the birth month, unless a Qualifying Activity occurs. Members who have provided an email address will receive notice of birthday rewards when they are added to your account. If you do not provide an email address associated with your JTV Rewards account, you will not receive birthday rewards notifications.
Additional Rewards Opportunities:
Administrators may, in their sole discretion, offer limited-time opportunities to earn additional Brilliant Cash Rewards. Such opportunities will be advertised on our website and/or our television broadcast. We may also send you promotional emails about rewards opportunities.
Checking Your Brilliant Cash Rewards Balance
To check your Brilliant Cash Rewards balance or for other questions, call (800) 619-3000 (available 24 hrs/day) or log into www.JTV.com.
Returns
If a Program member returns purchase(s) on which the member earned Brilliant Cash Rewards, Administrators reserve the right to deduct the amount of Brilliant Cash Rewards awarded for such purchase(s) from the member’s JTV Rewards account. If a Program member returns an item that was purchased using Brilliant Cash Rewards, in whole or in part, the member will receive a return credit for the amount, if any, charged to their method of payment, and the member’s JTV Rewards account will be credited with the Brilliant Cash Rewards previously used for the purchase.
Redeeming Rewards
Only you may redeem your Brilliant Cash Rewards. These rewards are intended for you only and are not transferrable. You may redeem your rewards for purchases of merchandise and services from JTV, subject to the Brilliant Cash Terms and Conditions found at https://www.jtv.com/help/brilliant-cash/terms. For security and fraud purposes, we may ask for an additional level of validation prior to redeeming, such as signing into your JTV account; providing your email address or phone number; etc.
Rewards Expiration
Brilliant Cash Rewards are only available for redemption until the last day of the month following the month in which the rewards are earned, unless you keep your rewards balance active by initiating a Qualifying Activity during the month in which your active rewards are scheduled to expire. Earning and redeeming Brilliant Cash Rewards are each a “Qualifying Activity.” Each Qualifying Activity will extend (as applicable) the expiration date of your previously earned and unused Brilliant Cash Rewards balance until the last day of the month after the month in which such Qualifying Activity occurred. For example, if you earn $20 in Brilliant Cash on March 15, that reward will expire on April 30. However, if you redeem $10 in Brilliant Cash on April 4, your remaining $10 in Brilliant Cash Rewards will not expire until May 31.
Membership Cancellation
You may cancel your membership in the Program at any time by calling 800-619-3000. When you cancel your membership, you will forfeit all program benefits including existing/pending rewards.
Fraud
The Program may not be used for reselling, profit, or other fraudulent activity. If we notice, or otherwise suspect or are informed of any potential unusual or suspicious activity occurring with regard to your account, JTV will investigate and may take actions including but not limited to reviewing, freezing, suspending, deactivating, and/or terminating your account, with or without notice to you. JTV reserves the right to void Brilliant Cash Rewards or other benefits associated with anyone who has engaged in deception, fraud, or other abuses of the Program, including reselling merchandise purchased using rewards, excessive earning on a single account, or violations of JTV intellectual property or other rights. Any corporations, groups, associations or commercial customers and others purchasing items for resale are not eligible for membership in the Program. JTV may terminate any account that it determines in its sole discretion to be a corporation, group, association, commercial customer, or other entity purchasing items for resale. Multiple JTV rewards accounts corresponding to the same person will be subject to termination without notice. Each person may maintain only one JTV Rewards membership. If you have more than one account, JTV may combine and/or terminate additional accounts. If an account is terminated, all existing rewards will be forfeited. Administrators reserve the right to deny or terminate membership if we deem your conduct to violate these Terms.
Additional Terms
The Program is a United States program. The laws of the State of Tennessee apply to the Program and these Terms without regard to any conflict of law rules that may require the application of the laws of another jurisdiction. Participation in the Program is void if prohibited by law in the jurisdiction in which the prospective member resides. The Program is owned and operated by JTV.
