The JTV Preferred Account is a private-label retail credit card which can only be used for JTV orders by calling a customer service agent and on JTV.com. It is a credit account that allows you to pay your bill in full or over time. The JTV Preferred Account is subject to credit approval and is issued by Synchrony Bank.

JTV.com will save your account information for later use once you have logged in, entered your credit card information, selected JTV Preferred Account as your method of payment and completed the JTV Preferred Account checkout process.

How do I ensure I do not receive a late fee charge?

Pay the minimum payment due by the due date on each billing statement.

What is my minimum payment?

Your minimum payment due is the payment amount reflected on each statement that is needed in order to avoid a late payment fee. It is dependent on multiple factors. For additional information, please see your credit card agreement or contact Synchrony Bank.

How do I prevent interest charges?

You will not be charged interest during a billing cycle on any new non-promotional purchases if: (1) You had no balance at the start of the billing cycle; OR (2) You had a balance at the start of the billing cycle and you paid that balance in full by the due date in that billing cycle. Your due date is at least 23 days after the close of each billing cycle. With a Zero interest if paid in full in 6 or 12 months promotional financing option, you can avoid paying interest by paying your promotional balance in full by the end of the promotional period. If you do not, interest that has accrued since the purchase date will be charged. Making only the required minimum monthly payment each month may or may not allow you to avoid paying interest. Zero interest if paid in full within 6/12 months³ offers with your JTV Prefered Account allow you to avoid paying interest charges on your qualifying purchase, as long as you pay your promotional balance in full by the promotion expiration date. Alternatively, StretchPay™ is a program whereby a customer makes a deposit on a purchase and then pays the remaining purchase price in installment payments.

What are the Terms & Conditions for the StretchPay™ program?

StretchPay™ allows you to purchase certain items by paying a deposit and making installment payments over a specified amount of time. JTV will designate any item that is eligible for StretchPay™ (an "SP Eligible Item") with a graphic or other indicator on its broadcast and on one of the Websites. JTV will also designate the deposit and the number of installment payments that will be accepted for each SP Eligible Item.

By purchasing any SP Eligible Item, you agree to be bound by JTV's Terms and Conditions, including the above terms and conditions for StretchPay™. You also agree that to the extent required by law, by purchasing any item from JTV, through placing an order with our call center, providing your debit/credit card number, providing other identifying information, by ordering on one of our Websites and/or any other actions to effect an order, you have provided your electronic signature agreeing to JTV's Terms and Conditions and otherwise agree to JTV's Terms and Conditions.
