  • All documents have proper titles
  • Periodically enlist disability groups to test pages for ease of use

We are very excited about being able to offer a web experience that is both effortless and enjoyable for all our users. As technology advances, we will continue to amend and enhance the accessibility of our site.

Closed Captioning

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) defines closed captioning as a display of the audio portion of a television program as text on the TV screen, providing a critical link to news, entertainment and information for individuals who are deaf or hard-of-hearing. Congress requires video programming distributors (VPDs) - cable operators, broadcasters, satellite distributors and other multi-channel video programming distributors - to close caption their TV programs.

JTV provides closed captioning for the convenience of all viewers.
