It’s Brazilian. Some of the most beautiful gemstones in the world have that Brazilian pedigree.
“Brazilian what?” you ask. That is a very good question. Since we are talking about pedigrees, doesn’t it make sense that we bring you a stone from one of the most prestigious gemstone families?
It does. This is Brazilian aquamarine. It’s a beryl and sister stone to the coveted emerald and the sought-after morganite. In this pendant, an oval, .85ct Brazilian aquamarine takes center stage. It is surrounded by stones from another very impressive family of gemstones … sapphires!
White sapphires surround the Brazilian beauty in a halo design. For accent, two larger white sapphires sit on the east-west sides of the pendant. (Did we mention that they are mined-from-the-earth sapphires? They are!)
Those pretty, white sapphires almost pick up some of the blue of the aquamarine. The effect is cohesive and compelling … the effect is wonderful!
We have nested those lovely gemstones in 10k yellow gold. The 18”L is included – so the minute you open the box it is ready to enjoy!
