If you do (and who doesn’t???), we would like to recommend this ring to you. We know – you thought it was two rings. So did we at first glance. A closer look, however, reveals that it is a single ring, brilliantly designed to look like a pair of rings.
Of course, you wouldn’t buy it just because it looks like two rings, you’ll buy it because it is lovely. The design is complex, with hints of antique styling. Look closely at its intricacies … the prongs that surround the huge, 1.44ct oval rainbow moonstone are shaped like diamonds. They almost wrap themselves around the lush stone. It’s further accented with white zircons that look almost like diamonds. (We won’t tell if you won’t tell!) Milgrain finish work adds an element of vintage appeal.
We love the way the band of zircons frames the rainbow moonstone to perfection. And we adore the way the split shoulders of the piece contrast top-to-bottom.
The final touch of perfection is that setting of 18k rose gold over sterling silver.
This ring could be an occasional substitute for your wedding set. Unmarried? It’s perfect for those occasions when you’re out with the girls and really, really don’t want to be approached.
