Senior Vice President Customer Care and Operations

Tolly Harris stepped into his current position of Senior Vice President of Customer Care and Operations at Jewelry Television (JTV) in July of 2021. He leads the teams responsible for the overall customer experience at JTV — from customer orders to package delivery.

Tolly joined JTV in 2012 as the Vice President of Customer Care. Since then, the Customer Care team has grown to deliver a best-of-class JTV customer experience under his leadership.

Tolly is a successful retail executive with 27 years of leadership experience. His background includes retail management and operations with JTV, Belk, Saks Inc. and Parisian with a focus on people, operations, workforce management and customer service improvements.

Tolly is a leader who consistently achieves significant improvement in key business metrics such as profitability, expense control, employee retention, productivity and customer experience. Tolly builds strong relationships and great teams; he also develops effective processes, and he drives forward-thinking ideas.

Tolly’s extensive leadership experience includes 20 years at a Vice President or Director level with multi-unit and P&L responsibility. He is skilled in retail operations and leadership, customer care, workforce management, learning and development, payment solutions, project management and building productive teams to execute at the highest level.

Tolly also lends his leadership and expertise to the Knoxville community and has served in the following roles:
