Product Information

Untreated Tanzanian Yellow Brown Zoisite 12.93ct 15.40x15.40x8.57mm trillion. The gemstone was mined in Tanzania and cut in India. The gemstone comes with a Stone Group Labs Gemstone Identification and Origin Report. The stone has been appraised by Craig Lynch G.G. for $6,985.00.

This rich golden zoisite trillion is lovely. At 12.93 carats, it is large enough to be special yet affordable at the same time. The famed hard rock mines in the Merelani Hills near Mount Kilimanjaro, Tanzania, have produced the world's only and finest blue zoisite, or tanzanite, to date. On rare occasion, these same mines produce some zoisite crystals in extremely rare, fancy colors. This golden colored zoisite is one of the rarest of these fancy colors. Last year, for the first time, we were offered a small parcel of these rare yellow, golden zoisite gems. As for their rarity, our tanzanite suppliers estimate these rare fancy colors represent less than 0.25% of the entire production at the mines, making this a rare and especially collectible gemstone!
