Alice’s love of jewelry began at 16, when she received her first “real” piece revealing jewelry’s power to mark life’s most meaningful moments. That spark set her on a path that led her to join the JTV team in 2011. Inspired by her father’s passion for retail, Alice loves helping guests find pieces that feel truly special. She holds a Fashion Merchandising degree from UTK and is Diamond Certified by the DCA.

Joe holds certifications from GIA, the American Gem Society and the Cultured Pearl Association.
