Trisha Harris serves as Group Senior Vice President of Merchandising at JTV®. In this position, she is responsible for the strategic direction and financial performance of JTV’s merchandising portfolio, which encompasses jewelry, accessories and jewelry-making categories in its omni-channel broadcast television and digital retail ecosystem. Leading long-range category strategy, she oversees a team of Senior Vice Presidents and Divisional Vice Presidents to ensure the company’s assortments, brands and vendor partnerships perform across every consumer touchpoint.
Bringing more than 30 years of retail leadership to this role, Trisha boasts a career defined by building brands, scaling businesses and finding opportunity in white space. Before her current position, she served as Vice President of Digital Commerce at JTV, growing the company’s e-commerce business to more than $180 million in annual sales—representing over 55% of total company revenue. She also helped expand the Jedora® Marketplace to more than 300 brand partners with a combined retail portfolio valued at over $2 billion. Earlier in her JTV tenure, she led the Loose Gemstones category as Vice President and General Merchandise Manager, overseeing assortment strategy, supplier negotiations, and broadcast execution.
Before joining JTV, Trisha held senior leadership roles at Belk Department Store Group, where she was recognized with the company’s highest honors—the Pinnacle and Pacesetter Awards—and also at Sak’s Inc., where her team earned Brand of the Year honors for exceeding sales, gross margin and Gross Margin Return on Investment (GMROI) targets. In addition, she founded and served as CEO of Ta’Vie, a lifestyle boutique brand she built and expanded to three locations, bringing an entrepreneur’s perspective to every strategic decision she made.
Trisha is based in Knoxville, Tennessee, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina.
