Lori Kluempke currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Digital Merchandising and Business Transformation at Jewelry Television ® (JTV), a role she assumed in April 2024. With over 30 years of experience in retail, wholesale, and e-commerce, Lori brings a wealth of expertise to her position. In her current role, Lori spearheads the development and execution of digital merchandising strategies across all online channels and broadcast platforms. Her responsibilities include exploring new online and asset-light growth opportunities, as well as overseeing the Partner Central team. Additionally, she serves on the Business Transformation Committee, collaborating closely with board members and executives to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven decisions for innovation and development.
Prior to her current position, Lori held key roles at JTV and Jedora, including Senior Vice President of Jedora Marketplace and Senior Vice President of Marketplace Partner Relations. During her tenure, she successfully onboarded over 300 vendors, contributing to a merchandise portfolio valued at over $ 2 billion. Her career also includes impactful leadership positions at IDC - International Design Connection, PAJ, Inc. (Prime Art & Jewel), and other prominent jewelry manufacturers and wholesalers.
Lori's expertise spans various aspects of the retail industry, including jewelry, textiles, home goods, and ready-to-wear fashion. Her global outlook is reflected in her extensive travels to key sourcing countries, including Italy, Spain, France, China, Thailand, Hong Kong, India, and Japan.
Lori's career is characterized by her ability to leverage innovation, data-driven insights, and strategic leadership to drive significant business growth and operational efficiency in the ever-evolving retail industry. She graduated with honors in Fashion Merchandising from the Minnesota School of Business in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
