25 Wow Moments

This is JTV’s biggest birthday celebration yet and we want to share it with everyone!  That’s why we’re giving women makeovers, treating others to a day of pampering, surprising people with jewelry, and generally spreading the Jewelry Love.  We call it 25 days of Wow!

25 Years of Wow
Woman holding balloons

This mother of two has spent the past 14 years in and out of East TN Children’s Hospital with her youngest son.  Trista’s upbeat attitude and devotion to her boys impresses the staff and all who meet her.  Since she rarely does for herself, JTV stepped in with a day of pampering complete with hair, make-up, a new outfit, and jewelry to match!

So Inspiring

What does one wear for an anniversary dinner out with her husband when she’s lost over a hundred pounds?  A new dress…and some sparkling jewelry to go with it of course!  JTV treated Erin to that and more.

Carol & Sarah Part 2

JTV didn’t want Sarah to miss out on the fun, so she got a makeover too.  Mother and daughter are now equipped for a needed night out on the town!

Beauty Times Two

Jewelry Ambush #3

JTV headed to The Great Smoky Mountains to meet with our fans and friends.  Meet a cat mom, a bride who had to rush her wedding day, and a woman whose husband created a very special gift for her.

Jewelry Ambush

This remarkable young lady nearly lost her life…twice.  Both times, she pulled through at East Tennessee Children’s Hospital.  And now, her mission is to give back by fundraising to buy toys for other patients and by representing the hospital as an ambassador.  JTV was delighted to give back a little of the joy she spreads with a special day of makeup, nail polish, fun outfits and lots of jewelry!

Claire Balest

Claire Balest is a freelance makeup artist based in Tennessee.  As a little 4-year-old girl, she was so enamored with all things makeup that she was always announcing her plans to grow up and be a "lipstick seller," declaring that if everyone loved lipstick as passionately as she did, she knew she would be a success.

Claire's work has been published in Martha Stewart Weddings, Martha Stewart Real Weddings, Martha Stewart Living, Southern Weddings, GQ, Sports Illustrated, and ESPN The Magazine, along with innumerable wedding blog features.  She has had the privilege of collaborating with and studying under some of the industry’s leading creatives, and she was also the hair and makeup artist on three separate Emmy nominated and Telly award-winning campaigns for Jewelry Television.

Claire’s comfort and experience in front of and behind the camera extend beyond makeup artistry. Years of working in theaters and on sets in New York City, Los Angeles, and Atlanta have given her the comprehensive ability to improvise her techniques for various lighting design and high definition cameras. The exposure has also left her with a unique appreciation for and ability to connect with her clients.
