Ryan is a seasoned leader in the field of business analytics, with over a decade of experience leading the Business Analytics team at Jewelry Television (JTV). In the retail landscape, business analytics stands as a transformative force, reshaping how organizations navigate their sales and operations. Ryan stands at the forefront of this analytical revolution, and he is known for his exceptional talent in assembling and leading high-performing analytical teams.
Ryan is particularly skilled at developing and implementing advanced marketing, retail and customer analytics strategies that deliver real-world results. He covers several different analytics verticals: digital media, traditional marketing, e-commerce, customer, financial forecasting, retail, pricing, television, merchandising and supply chain analytics. He is a pioneer in the creation of predictive financial models and the analysis of customer lifetime value. His models and analyses effectively revolutionized JTV’s approach to product velocity, customer engagement, retention, digital advertising and product pricing. His team is known for its ability to identify big-picture problems and opportunities, ask the right questions and think creatively to deliver actionable insights that drive growth.

Ryan holds magna cum laude bachelor’s degrees in Mathematics and Economics from Brigham Young University, a Master of Science in Economics from Duke University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tennessee.
