Russian Chrome Diopside 1.35ctw Round Sterling Silver Gent's Ring
Rated 3 out of 5 by Socaliber Maybe its just this one?
As in the picture, the only way to get the Chrome Diopside to "pop" like the picture was to shine light through the under gallery. When the ring is worn, the undergallery is covered and even in the sunlight the stones struggled to pop. Otherwise, the ring itself is nice and am thinking about exchanging it for a lighter stone like the London Blue Topaz ring. In the pictures, I tried to be objective in trying to highlight the difference in appearance.

Rated 5 out of 5 by daddydearest36 Thrilled to have my first chrome diopside piece
The ring came through the mail so fast that when it arrived, it felt like I had just put my credit card back into my wallet after ordering it. About 5 years ago, I ordered a gemstone parcel from JTV and found a one carat chrome diopside in the mix. I was so taken with the beauty of this gem that I started carrying it around and showing it to various friends and family. Since seeing this mesmerizing gem, my daughter, my sister, my aunt and a close friend have all ordered their own chrome diopside jewelry pieces. They are some stunning pieces and they always get compliments from others when wearing their chrome. I was starting to feel a bit left out but now, thanks to JTV, I am the happy owner of my very own chrome mens ring! This ring is well made and it's nice that the underside is open as it allows for the maximum light to enter the stones. The piece sparkles like crazy in both sunlight and fluorescent light sources. In low light, the 3 stones look like shiny black diamonds! The silver is also bright and shiny. The ring is not real big and I feel that it would be a good ring for either a man or a woman. I have been a JTV customer for close to 6 years and I have never had to send anything back and this beautiful ring is no exception. I am so very thrilled to FINALLY have my very own chrome diopside ring!!! I will never shop for jewelry or gems anywhere else than right here. Thanks again, JTV!!!

I ordered this ring for my husbands birthday. Right after I placed my order Brian showed the ring and put it on. My husband said that looks like a girls ring on his hand. I said you don't like it? He said no way! When it came I almost didn't even show it to him. I said well your birthday present came today but your not going to like it so i"m sending it back. He said can I at least see what you thought I'd like before you send it back? Well he loves it. This is his favorite ring ,he always wears it ,holds it out looks at it and says I'm so glad you got me this it's a keeper. So don't listen to the men ladies they really don't know what they want. Thanks JTV

My husband loves my chrome so at this price I bought this for him. The stones are beautiful. The setting a little light weight but I think he will love it

Absolutely stunning! I can't say it enough. This ring is wonderful. I took my 30x loupe to it and the clarity of the stones is fantastic, the color is a gorgeous deep forest green, and the overall setting is superb. I love how versatile it is as well, I'm considering buying myself one to match my husband's. It looks masculine on his hand, and feminine on mine, which is a rare thing to find in jewelry. I recommend this ring 100%!
