How was I selected for the JTV Rewards Program?
We evaluated purchases and returns from January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2011. Congratulations! You were one of our top customers in 2011 and were therefore automatically enrolled in the JTV Rewards Program.
My friend or family member was selected for the JTV Rewards Program. Why wasn’t I selected?
JTV Rewards Membership is based on a minimum annual purchase volume in 2011. Returns count against purchase volume. You are a wonderful customer and we deeply appreciate your loyalty to JTV. However, unfortunately you didn’t qualify for this program.
I wasn’t selected for the JTV Rewards Program. Can I sign up to enroll?
The JTV Rewards Program is based on purchases and returns in 2011, and there isn’t an option to enroll at this time. We hope to expand the JTV Rewards Program to include an option to enroll in the future. In the meantime, you can always find the latest JTV news and offers by signing up for JTV emails.
How can I redeem my JTV Rewards?
There are 3 ways to redeem your JTV Rewards:
I have more than one Customer ID. Can I use a different Customer ID than the one printed on my JTV Rewards card?
We will use the Customer ID printed on your JTV Rewards card to identify you as a JTV Rewards Member. Unfortunately, we can’t identify you as a JTV Rewards Member if you provide a different Customer ID. Please keep your JTV Rewards card through February 28, 2013, and reference the Customer ID printed on it so that you can redeem your benefits.
How long do I receive JTV Rewards?
The JTV Rewards Program is a 12 month program based on purchases and returns in 2011. Your JTV Rewards Membership you earned in 2011 is valid through February 28, 2013.
How can I continue to receive JTV Rewards after February 28, 2013?
2013 JTV Rewards Members will be automatically enrolled based on purchases and returns January 1 – December 31, 2012.
