This position is responsible for developing and executing online and e-commerce marketing strategies to continuously grow our digital presence. The manager will work cross-functionally with teams including corporate marketing, creative, merchandising and sales to ensure that all initiatives accurately reflect the brand and support business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing programs for online channels including social media, SEM/PPC and display advertising to support business goals
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Provide creative direction for ads and ad copy
• Provide detailed reporting and analysis on performance of all online marketing campaigns
• Identify trends and make informed marketing decisions based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Collaborate with internal and external teams, including agencies and vendors, to achieve success
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Maintain an understanding of “current” best practices and evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
• 3-5 years experience in Marketing with proven experience leading and managing SEM, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Experience with websites and marketing efforts, including hands on experience with digital analytics and marketing reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Solid background growing and engaging audiences via social media
• Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience using marketing automation tools.
• Excellent written, verbal and oral communication skills.
