If you look in every section and can't find an item,usually means it's sold out,but if you have the item number you can find it that way and check on it everyday to see if it's back or call customer service and ask to be put on a wait list.As far as setting up an account,it's very easy,when you check out it will give you different option of payments,like the jtv card(you can apply for it),or different credit cards,or bill me later,and you will set up automatically,but you can also do it over the phone,I prefer that way for the first time just to make sure.Hope this help
