Just opened and went through instructions to calibrate. It doesn't weigh the 20g weight at 20g. Is the scale off or did I do something wrong?

I was confused too. Calibration of the scale in not intuitive. Carefully follow the set up and calibration procedures in the instruction manual and it should calibrate successfully.Gender: Male
